  • I love cooking (and eating), so I spend a lot of time researching low calorie dishes, or lower calorie versions of my favourite dishes, and then I spend time cooking them... all this time, I'm doing something other than eating.... and the food I cook helps me lose weight. Then I focus on my weight loss strategies like exercising and drinking water and healthy tea.

  • I've done this a lot, with minimal success. Nothing relieves stress for me more than eating. However, it is very distracting and very fun to get online and make long comments on my favorite subscriptions, like this one. Ironically, it makes me feel connected to someone, to make contact with people who have similar goals and obstacles. Unlike the people who are actually in my life and have opposing goals and sometimes are obstacles. LOL

  • get a phone ally and talk to them.

  • i go ont he master cleanse for at least 21 days easing off well and balancing into a healthy anything u can eat portion control diet. i allow myself to binge once in a while DRINK LOTS OF WATER

  • POST A YOUTUBE VIDEOOO ;)

  • pray, exercise, meditate, read a book, drink water, have some soothing tea, listen to some good music that feeds your soul, play dress up, fix yourself up, take a bubble bath, talk to someone, take a walk, take deep breaths, just sit and think of your weight loss goals!
