  • no way LIVE blinding shit

  • Comment removed

  • @yomamasofat1000 I've started to upload them on another channel

You can find the concert here

  • I happen to have this entire concert recorded (Good audio of course) I could upload this entire concert on my channel if anyone wants me to.

  • @blazefire159 please do

  • This is very interesting stuff, so please keep uploading the entire concert.Im especially interested in hearing the hits-medley. Thanks for helping an old fan relive tat tour again.

  • wicked live version......love this song!

  • I have a copy of this concert. It's a great one. Thanks for uploading.

  • Thank you for uploading all these concert parts!

  • Every song from Time is sensational. Not many albums you can listen to from start to finish but this is one of those rare gems.

  • This was the first concert I caught of them. Early 1982 in Detroit, MI. Hall and Oates opened. ELO was awesome, of course.

  • Wow this is awesome I have never hear of ELO but I already love them.

  • Saw them in Frankfurt on this tour, wonderful indeed.

  • Very great song

  • Not a particular favourite of mine from the album but this version is a lot more driving and enjoyable. News to me that there even WAS a Time tour. I so wish I had seen them live in their heydey. I'd love to hear more.

  • and where is the video?

  • Anyone know if there is an ELO video of this song? Not fan-made?

    //dan

  • Unlikely - it was an album track. Most of the singles videos from Time are very lacklustre.

  • We keep hearing from Lynn Hoskins that there aren't any master recordings of the Time tour... with all the bootlegs of the tour, I cannot believe that somebody somewhere didn't have a mic set to capture the concert in a professional quality. But maybe that's just me having heard the other live recordings and pining for a clean copy of this concert. :(

  • Totally agree FunkyDisco79. At least Kelly still plays live about 70 times a year.

  • Is it true Kelly G. passed away in 2009? So sad, hoping it's just BS from a band hater.

  • Sadly it is true :'-(

  • LOL she's also a telephone. At least more useful than a real woman.

  • In the end of the studio version.

The woman is the wife of Jeff Lynne, Sandi.

At least those days. Read the credits:

The girl´s voice in the end.

  • i prefer the studio version, the sound here is too bad, i love this song and the whole album is their best album ever

  • Dont forget this is a bootleg audience recording so it is gonna sound rough

  • just imagine yourself there with that bass... i'd take that over the album version any day.

  • Pas terrible!!

  • Why don't they all forget the bitterness and rejoin all together like Yes did.

  • No. Not for one of the greaters composers of our time.

  • It could sway either way. But I'm sure that he's making quite a bit of money by being a producer.

  • Ever heard of the rolling stones? theyre... OLD!

  • hey but don not compare rolling stines with ELO, jeff and the kids have a lot of talent, while the rollings just have 2 or 3 good songs in all their careeer, they never were good at all

  • Dont get me wrong... ELO Was and is always better than the rolling stones

  • I love the voices of Jeff and Kelly together. Maybe I'm just nostalgic, but I would love to hear them sing together again. Happy together...

  • once more the clash of band fan's. I perfer elo but the stones made quite a bit of good music.

  • I saw this tour in Buffalo. It was a no frills production and somewhere I still have a Time teeshirt. Nice surprise. It was so exact I thought he played to backing recorded tracks.

  • mmmm...It didnt go down well at the 'time' apparrently(no pun intended)they had to down scale the tour somewhat.

I'm a huge El0 fan, but to me this period stands alone.Extremely ambitious - a concept album in 1981?!!!!.With tunes and songs!!!!even my dear old auntie, who is 89 now, loved this album.

And so do I.Incredibly underrated even though it did sell.

  • sounds like a bootleg

its the only way we can hear the time tour

until sony hopefully release a DVD!! thankyou so much for posting

  • In the photo is that Jeff's big red willy hanging out?

  • Well spotted Paul. I'd love to hear more of this Time era concert!

  • check out my story at the twighlight video

  • Evil Woman has just been uploaded!!!

  • It's my favorite song of all songs that exist)This song used to be my life

  • Actually i dont think that's Bev on that one. Wasn't he sick or is my memory fading with time? (no pun intended).

  • Yes. He was sick that day I believe.

  • (This is Maneachicken on his band Account)

Yeah, He missed loads of shows with Kidney Stones.

  • Bev is 2nd from the left. Those thudding drums could only be Bevs kitchen dept.

  • Please post all of them. I saw them in Milwaukee, WI, USA, in November 1981. Would love to get my hands on a complete time tour concert audio.

  • My favorite song from this album. Thanks for posting.

  • As well as all the MP3s from this lot of time tours I also have Stuttgart in 1986!

  • 02. Feb. 1982 in cologne /germany sporthalle

it was untill now the best concert the i ever saw. i have to remember the live cd from stuttgart and the second concert in cologne. not really good quality but...

    it´s time again for ELO

  • I remember as an 18 year old back in December 1981 heading down on the train to Birminghams NEC (UK) for my first concert...ELO ! We had 3rd row seats in BLK C too (near stage !!). Great memories. PLEASE post more.
