People, give it up. At first give up the really dirty meats such as pork. Then give up beef, lamb, chicken. It can be challenging at first because after years, your body has gotten addicted to it. But once you are over the wirhdrawal, like me you will feel PHYSICALLY SICK just at the thought of putting dead, worm-infested animals into your mouth.
