  • i love leavenworth

  • Contact King 5 news and have the problem solvers do a story on it. If at all possible find a veteran living in the town and get him to tell his story about fighting for that very flag that they have outlawed in that town

  • Unjust laws make criminals of just people. If I lived in that town, I'd paint my house with Olg Glory, and there would be 15 100' flagpoles going in (properly drawn, documented, and engineered of course - I am an Architect).

Simple solution to unjust laws - don't observe them!

  • Do not let the NAZI's win. That town survives on Tourism and Tourism alone. If enough True Americans here this story then the City Council will have no choice but to "give in" to EVERY AMERICANS GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO FLY AN AMERICAN FLAG ON PRIVATE PROPERTY NO MATTER WHAT THE SIZE. Vote the towns Mayor out of Office the first chance you get as well as the city council. Do not let the NAZI's win

  • True Americans. I am proud to call you people true Americans. I first visited Leavenworth Mothers day weekend of this year. It was May Fest weekend. At first I liked the town and the Bavarian theme but I did notice a lack of American flags around town. I saw one at the Orbetal Inn at which we stayed the weekend. Is this Ordinance the reason why there is a HUGE American Flag waving in the wind just outside the city limits on the way to Wenatchee? You guys are doing a good job. Dont let them Win

  • Its not safe for an American flag to be flown on private property...but its okay to have beer drinkin/ wine ' fests that spill out onto the streets every weekend? Now thats safe? There really are NAZI'z in Leavenworth!

  • So a flagpole isnt safe....but all these beer drikin festivals that spill out into the streets are? Leavenworth has shown its true NAZI colors!

  • It is appearant nothing has changed in Leavenworth over the past few years! The town continues steadfastly walk in the footsteps of their German ancestors 70 years ago.
