As for the deficit, that's a false argument as well, because everyone knows the liberals only had a surplus because they cut federal transfer payments, to which health care has suffered.

His MPs have just been caught running undeclared elections funds in & out of riding accounts to hide the fact that they were BREAKING OUR ELECTION LAWS. To add insult to injury--HARPER'S TORIES THEN FILED A TAX CREDIT ON THE MONEY. We had a 15 billion dollar surplus, before Harper. Now we have a 56 billion $ deficit.
