  • Out of all the dyne vids on yootoob there is maybe five that have the car strapped down properly. Wtf?

  • racerboy 12345 sounds like a twat who doesnt know what he is talking about. i race legends here in the uk and they are defo NOT over sized go carts! How do you work out that its a oversized go cart? Next you will be trying to say that a f1 car is an oversized go cart!!!!! We run a sealed 1250 air cooled xj engine which puts out about 120-125 bhp, rev limit is set to 10,500

  • what rpm did it put what ?

  • how much camber do you have in those tires. haha that racerboy seems like hes just someone who watches racing and has never actually raced, i could be wrong though lol

  • @DrwMrchnt3 11th season this year

  • @liljake32

What you running for HP and TQ??

And i have same Paint Scheme and Number :]

  • @racerboy12345, Reed Sorenson, David Ragan, Joey Logano, Kyle Busch, and Kurt Busch all raced legends and they r all in nascar

  • @xracerx12 yea cause its a good class to get seat time on asphalt, none of them went straight from legends to nascar, they moved up from legends because racing legends wont get you anywhere.

  • this racerboy12345 doesnt seem to know too much about racing does he?

  • They are 5/8 scale 1937 chevy or fords. They were designed to replicate the vintage nascar cars. I have one and yes they are very fast

  • @JBOMB1414

Their not 1937 there 1940 ford coups, I race Legends were i live

  • Very cool cars....but,

what kind of body is it?

it looks like some sort of classic 1940's gangster car but i would assume as quick as they accelerate with a small displacement motorcycle engine that the body is tube frame with a fiberglass shell...its just odd to me that they would run a motorcycle engine in something that looks like it would carry a huge V8 and not in a different style car, perhaps a scaled down F1 style body...

tell me a little bit about these cars...im interested.

  • they are awesome cars, meant for oval racing (you can see that with this car because the front wheels are angled) but best run on a circuit where driving (especially finales) are very close.

unfortunately not very interesting for big sponsors, which means they don't get much tv time and thats what they really deserve as circuit racing is really close, oval is cool too but not as fun to watch (on tv)

  • i go to the sprtdrome every once in a while but i go to salem and i would love to see legends race at salem speedway

  • Sweet sound, you have that car dialed in.

  • liljake32 have you ever race it at Sportsdrome Speedway

  • omfg racerboy doesnt even no what a dyno is....wow- it is to test the horse power at all speeds so you can tune your engine or see if it is still good enough to race.

ps. dynos are not stupid and legends rule cus i race em

  • legends are an over sized gokart.

  • to test the speed without having to move

    bye the way great car

  • its to tell how much power the car is making. the spinning thing is called a dynamometer or "dyno" for short.

  • your name is racerboy and you don't know what a dyno is. Also its not to test the top speed, its to test the horsepower at the wheels, cause you loose alot of power in the transmission.

  • thats not stupid it helps a lot lik if you wanted to no how much horsies u puttin out thats wat u do and if its not enough you can change it so dont get to the track and have less power than everyone

  • dynos for legends are retarded, how does knowing how much horsepower you have do anything when you dont know how much horsepower sombody else has? and everybody just about runs the same motors in them.

  • becuase you want to get as much hp out see i race Front Wheel Drives and if you want 2 push u no how much more you can get out of it

  • Well, it's like this. You can listen to a motor and say " Ya I think it's running perfect" or you can put it on a dyno and get all the data and tune it till you are getting max results.

  • i dont care what the hell everyone else has, i want the max i can get in my car.

  • Then spend stupid amounts of money on an oversized gokart

  • okay look, 1200cc yamaha motorcycle engine in a very light car is some insane power to wieght ratio, its not an oversized go-kart its a fucken car with a rollcage, and im saying thats some money well spent because i get to travel all around the country and race hundreds of other people and you could evetualy get promoted to NASCAR if you keep at it.

  • no lol, you get to nascar by having alot of money or alot of talent, you probably have neither if your in legends

  • @racerboy12345

Legends needs more expierance then NASCAR or any other division it this Divisions run Dirt,Road course,Short track and Asphalt, so you obviously dont know what you're talking about

  • @braidengodfrey1 I have been racing since I was 7, I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about. I have not seen any type of legends driver run all of those types of tracks, usually they run one or the other, and all of their touring series, are either strictly dirt or strictly asphalt. and the road course are only once in a while races. NASCAR series run every type of asphalt track out there, from Super Speedway to Road Courses, anybody in nascar is there because they have more experience

  • @racerboy12345

Actually your a moron because i was naming off the divisions and ive been racing since i was 3, Started off Go-karts moved to Mini-stock, Late Model then Legends

And if u run or ran legends whats the CC of the motor...

  • @braidengodfrey1 Your the moron, you never mentioned that in the first place so how am i supposed to know that you idiot. I don't run legends, never said i did, I run real race cars.

  • @racerboy12345 you probly race on asphault you fucking pussy

  • @dhowardfacial actually i run on dirt you shithead

  • @racerboy12345 what do you run then?

  • @dhowardfacial Open Wheel Dirt Modifieds

  • @racerboy12345 These are REAL racecars.

  • Thats the sound that individual throttle bodies will get you! Sounds great.

  • That's what a fourbanger should sound like. These rice idiots need to get the picture. This is the sound they want. :D This little guy sounds awesome.

  • but this is a motorcycle engine

revving to like 12000rpm or whatever

  • 10500 rpm is the top of the rev limit

  • Comment removed

  • It's a racer if you race it regularly. Doesn't matter how many wheels it has, or if it has wheels at all.

  • sorry, i dont know what i meant by saying "its not a race if its nearly a motorcycle" i think i meant to put something else in place of racer but forgot what i actualy meant lol, of course its a racer.

  • Awesome!

  • Is it stock?

  • it has to be

  • do u no about legends race

there a race about skill all the cars r the same

  • No race car is the same even though they try to design classes to be equal. There are always tricks and there will always be cheating.

  • Inex legends have all the same specification with one variable:body style.

The engine is Yamaha 1250cc with is sealed and give 122HP,the tire is BF Goodrich TA HR4, the suspension is Coil Over with Bilstein Shocks, the chassis are made be 600 racing. So the difference between 2 car is very tight, and it's hard to cheat since it's all the same manufacturer.

  • na,there not the same, i race them i should know, people make differant adjustments than others, have newer engines, and newer cars.

  • thats sweet

  • Is it a sealed 1250 or 1200, what did it put out for numbers, who built it?

    Thanks dude.

  • fj1200

  • that's a nice soundin legend you got there.
