  • completely disagree that its' "sorrowful". I think it's one of the most warm and heartfelt pieces of music ever created. It's like a fairytale. It's full of mysterious and wonderful images. There is absolutely no sorrow in it, jist beauty and fascination.

  • I agree with 99% of your comments but sorrow can be heartfelt and mysterious too. And perhaps we hear in music what our hearts are feeling?

  • There are area that Francescatti captures the sound the human voice...his violin sounds like a fine soprano at moments.
