I'm sure you figured it out later, but when you took Provence, you got an event giving you a core on it. This is because Aragon took it and was not a member of HRE and lack a core on it. Therefore, you don't get hit by the unlawful territory penalty.

Good job on Silicy and got lucky on Aragon losing its fleet.

@joossieka Check your ruler. If he has bad diplomacy skill that's going to slow down your infamy reduction rate. Technology and Great Men can speed up infamy reduction as well.
