Tbh RA1 isn't even a good game unless u remove the tanks-drive-over-units from game files somehow. Otherwise gameplay is only tanks + mammoth tanks and a couple airplanes.

Westwood made the Red Alert series more indepth and realistic with an "EXTREMELY" dark storyline to embrace far beyond our possible perception of a REAL WORLD DYSTOPIA!!!!

... EA just took it ALL and made it into a game for GRADE SCHOOLERS!!! Honestly, I think their only interest at the time was finding good looking characters for the cutscenes and ripping off Tim Curry (Russian Leader Counterpart) just for the hell of it...
