Most interesting, Katherine. A couple of interesting point: (1) you lost 35 lbs. in three months! It's taken me almost 14 months to lose 45 lbs.!!; (2) You share the same birthday as my wife (10/10); (3) You never said how much weight Ricky lost. I had my own business hanging wallpaper mid to late 90's. Most of the wallpaper came from Discount Wallpaper in Franklin'...My company was J & J Wallcovering and before that it was Reliable Wallcovering. Thank you my friend. I quit eating bread, and started eating salads and fruit for something sweet. Meats are broiled and veggies are seasoned with beef bullion instead of fat. I didn't even exercise.
