  • i have been with sprint for years i had been satisfied untill the last couple of years with the upgrading of your system it has caused some problems with payments i am still waiting for some one to take care of it i have called emailed and all i get is i cant help you or will get back with you been waiting since august

  • I have been with Sprint almost 3 years now. I have enjoyed my phone. They are constantly working on their coverage and their plans rock. No hidden fees. I have had a great experience. For all those you have posted bad comments... You can go to another cell company who will charge fees that u don't know about and Yall can pay those high bills. I plan to stay with sprint. Keep up the good work sprint

  • I'm glad that i'm also part of Sprint's Customer Service team. working as a Telesales rep. im really pleased working with Sprint. our goal is to provide best solution to our customers needs specially when buying phones. i really enjoy talking to our customers and making them feel important , happy and satisfied. :) hope i cud be able to experience Sprint's services/plans and phones but unfortunately, i cant. coz our center is not in the U.S. (sigh).. too bad.

  • Sprint customer service is NOT a priority, and Ive been pushed out of stores for asking questions. Ive been told they wont let me out of my contract even if they materially adversely change it. Fuck Sprint

  • Sprint service is exceptional. I like how we get extended days to pay our bills, it's not like that fucked up metro pcs that shut your phone off when u don't pay on that exact date... sprint customer here since 2007.. I'm satisfied
