Hey, this is an odd question, but does your haflinger get absolutely exhausted after just a few times (like around an arena) at a canter?? Ours does and it limits everything that we can do with him. Also, what bit do you use (when you use one) Ours is extremely hard headed and won't listen to anybody with out a certain handmade bit that we have for him... Beautiful video!! I love haflingers!!!

Beautiful! He has such beautiful presence and self carriage. How long have you been working together? I was glad to read your response about him being "out" - my gelding does this when we work together and I was told by someone where we board that it is because he sees me as a herd member and doesn't accept my leadership. Obviously, if your horse didn't accept your leadership - he wouldn't be working with you so harmoniously!

@beccah7101 It's OK! :) Geldings and stallions tend to do this when they are fully relaxed and willing to work with the trainer to do the exercises. It's a good sign, though it might look strange for those who are not used to it. I don't even notice it anymore haha!
