I'm thinking about buying one of those foam numchucks. Do you know if they gather enough speed as if you're using wooden nunchucks? What's a good lengths for them? Every time I do a search online, all I see are cheap costume nunchucks.

@visuals88 The foam nunchakus don't go nearly as fast as wooden ones. I feel like foam ones catch on the air like a parachute when I try to use them. As far as size, you should get a chain about the width of your hand, maybe 1 or 2 links longer. The Wooden part should be the length of your wrist to your elbow give or take a few inches.

@ElSharkwalker Thank you! I was able to buy a pair of foams ones with the metal chains. When I was playing around with it, my finger somehow got cut from the chains. I don't know how.

It´s a very good beginning, but you must to use combinations with both hands, doing aerials techniques. The electronic nunchaku is hard to play :D *****

Good start! Plenty of work to do yet, need more left arm, more deviations from figure eight, correct body mechanics for the striking and definatly some real nunchaku! oh, and AERIALS :D
