how do you stop the dumpster from randomly despawning and respawning?

thru the object settings. While in monitor mode, press X on the object and go to respawn rate. Change it to "Never Respawn"

The grav lift is the key really to the whole thing as it will enable the gate to be reset thru the same match

put walls or anything unmovable at a 90 degree angle, and then just put the cannon at 45 or any other degree leaning against it... delete the walls after and it will stay
