I saw some damn great skaters in Wulin Square, the heart of Hangzhou, China on a Friday night tearing it up at 3 times the speed of these guys. Go there, its unmissable. I must add, the atmosphere in this vid is smiles, fun and laughter. I would love to have been there. peace and love

Though it's a bit lame the sport is for everyone! And you get addicted real easily! Maybe it doesn't look as 'cool' as Agressive skating but I think the learning curve of Freestyle slalom is not as high (and painful) as agressive skating :p And it's just as fun!

slaloming is the most technical form of skating around, it requires more discipline, patience and determination compared to any other form of skating. show it some respect. if you can't do what we can do, just shut. (:

It's near impossible to do with such huge wheels...usually the wheel size is from 42mm to 60mm

Hey, you are wrong. It is possible of course ! You can see some skates are the Seba high, and they have 80mm wheels :-) And they are damn good !

sweet! eh, i'm just curious, if you use the blades i have.. (a pair of Rollerblade Astro 6's which come with 80mm wheels), is it possible to slalom? or's it just a lot tougher compared to using a freestyle pair like the Twister Pro II?

yea, u would be able to slalom with a pair of rollerblade, though abit tougher than a twister pro
