Dude - your a wkd dancer but you should never dance in trainers.... (shoes) unless they're dancing shoes.... They don't give you the support you think... I spained my ankle dancing in trainers and my ankles never been right since!
What he is doing is fantastic, and instructively in soft shoes. What the "camera" is doing is too horrible to have bothered. If you can get at least a better cell phone....
