  • You mentioned that this is a take on Bireli Lagrene and Sylvain Luc's version. Their version of what?

  • Nice one. I remember doing this one about 30 years ago after hearing it in a shopping centre. Mine was rather blues based. Beautiful song from a master and wonderful interpretation. Is that a Hofner President you are playing. I recognise the headstock inlay. I have a president - looks rather different though with a scalloped fretboard and in black. I prefer the blonde though. beautiful resonance on the guitar.

  • Your phrasing is killer man!

  • Stevie Wonder, Isnt she lovely!

  • Em | A7 | D7sus | D7sus B7#5 |

    Em11 | A13 | D13 | G13 |

    Cmaj7 | B7b9 | E9 | A7b5 |

    Am7/D Bm7/D | D13sus | Gmaj7 | (Gmaj7) |

Think that's right, but you need to make sure voicings are the same.

  • @vsaumarez Thanks :)

I figured out most of this, and you helped me fill in the gaps i had left over.

I think i'll take this back to school and play it.

  • great sound :)

Maybe upload a chord chart? I got most of them down, but there are a few in the turnaround I didn't catch.

    I love this.

  • nice playing Sir!!

    waow

  • I'm seriously listening to this over and over. If you got this for MP3, please have a download up!

  • @DjAznInVAZN This is my interpretation of Bireli Lagrene and Sylvain Luc's Isn't She Lovely. They of course do a much better job than me, and you can download their version from iTunes etc.

  • @vsaumarez Hmm, maybe true. But the fact you simply did a version of your own deserves as much respect as the original creator. Major props to you, good sir.

  • I could listen to this over and over! Probably best guitar cover I've heard. :]

  • Very nice played ! I love that version of that song, so groovy ...

  • Thank you!

  • very smooth and sweet just need a jazzy beat to make it really come together. i wish i could see both your hands tho to make it more visually stimulating ya know. great playing on your grandpa guitar :P

  • Yep, my movie making skills are diabolical. I try to get as much of the guitar and fingers in as possible. Trouble is you move an inch, and it cuts off six inches. FYI, I am using finger style on my right hand, and the percussive backbeat is my fingertips striking the strings.

  • sounds great.

  • hell yeah!

  • who ever csSpetzNaz is..... your a fucking dumbass stupid fuckn bitch your stupid ass mother fucker. This fool knows what the fuck he's doing.... Vibrato????? fuckn dumbass stupid piece of dog shit.

  • Can you translate this into English please? Thanks

  • pretty sure he said something about the dexterity of your fingers lol. not sure what though.

i enjoyed it your vid :D

  • Thanks for that. I thought he was saying lot's of scuffed notes, bad timing and contrived lines. I need to go back to Spanish lessons (:-D

  • haha or spanish people can learn american. :D

  • I see he has offered an explanation below, which I still can't understand but it sounds like an apology so I guess his original comments was not flattering. That's cool by me ...I'm open to any criticism.

  • love the stevie wonder tribute

  • Hi man, this was an no afortunate coment by my part, or you was a not a good afthernoom time when you play this song because or you touch stile like no after touch sound (mude). I was thinking you´r in practics on but i see more videos of you on playing guitar and you play wery good, i apologice for my unfortunate comment and i present my "disculpas", yo te he visto en otros videos y realmente tocas la guitarra con soltura y gracia. Asta la vista.

  • Hey, cholorro I'm not quite sure what you are saying but whatever it is that's cool by me. A lot of people think I'm Spanish or Latin American because of my name, but I'm actually Anglo Saxon.

  • this guys rocks!!

  • Real talent!!!

  • really good use of the loop station

  • That's not a loop station ...I'm playing another guitar with my feet :)
