That's "Cigar Man", our favorite handler in Tustin. His behavior is unpredictable. At the first raid in Tustin, he came 3 inches from my camera and tried to intimidate. At another raid, he was outside with other handlers and was nice and spoke to us. Most other times he stays in his car to film us.
I really think you have to careful with this guy. He looks like the type to have a nice gun collection.
