  • Oke thanks

  • Awesome results. Very impressive. My husband owns P90 x but seems to think it will be too hard for me, I don't work out but I'm not a whimp either. Any thoughts?

  • @TheBrunetteswin Hey I have lots of women in my group doing the program. I'm actually starting an all woments challenge group. I'll send you some details if you are interested

  • can u send me a nutrition guide for p90x?

  • @timmehOKO no, you have to buy p90x in order to get it. I don't support the stealing of the program since I am a Coach for Beachbody.

  • @CoachTedGore i have it at home, but im at school for the moment, and i was just wondering if i could find it online somewhere.

  • @timmehOKO no, there isn't

  • oh my god! It's fantastic, I am amazed! I ran all the swing!

  • о мой бог! Это просто фантастика!я поражен!всё я побежал качаться!

  • That's amazing! Good job. Through out the 90 days, were you eating a calorie deficit or a cal surplus. i mean, you cant lose weight/gain muscle at the same time.

  • @C0RVADE I was pretty much even on my calories. I ate what I burned. Best bet when trying to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.

  • @JohnnyFilip He's doing p90x I believe which works every muscle evenly.

  • Good, but what your legs?

  • uhm that in 3 months? no way brah, 2 good to be true

  • @flerKprod Why? 4kg of muscles in three months("no problem"). And he wasnt so fat so with cardio he lost some fat. You are talking about something what you didnt try.

  • @flerKprod ok brah. Thanks Brah.

  • @flerKprod don't fuck with ted gore, mate. jealousy is a whore, am i right ;-)

  • Woow, Great Video!!

    What supplements did you use?

  • @7amo22od Shakeology, creatine, protein powder(I now use sunwarrior vegan protein)

  • How per day you trained?

  • @DaanDamage 1 hour 6 days a week

  • nice man !!!!

  • inspirational man. Ive just started working out, weights, cutting fat out, getting my protein in etc like 8 days ago. Got a beer belly that needs to go :D

well done man, thats some cool results.

  • It does seem a little iffy, because it usually takes a person a whole yr to gain that much muscle. But hey, who am I to judge someones hard work. Good job I guess.

  • Very inspiring - thumbs up if my vid is just as good!

  • STEROIDS! Nah joking, well done :)

  • *what

  • and hat you eat all time?

  • can you say your program of training ?

  • 9 lbs muscles gain in 3 months? that's fucking imposible, even if you have great genetics, this isn't true, this is vid is an advertisment for the Px90 shit program... xaxa

  • is it natural..??

  • @Abe1414 yes. Steroids are for idiots.

  • I just want to make something clear here: This is not that much of a transformation as it seems to be. First of all: The "before" picture was taken without any workout, the "after" picture was taken right after he worked out, so his muscles are really pumped.

Second: You were not in that of a bad shape to begin with, so technically you mostly gained strenth and reduced your bodyfat pretty much.

Don't get me wrong: You did really really great, I just want to make a point to all the beginnes here.

  • were you only doing P90X or were you also going to the gym?

  • good job on having great body...But that can't be humanly possible in 90days. That results take at least a year or more of dedication with spot on nutrition

  • Is the p90x bar worth it??, i keep reading mixed review's

Im ready to start the workout but im a little worried on which pull up bar to buy

  • ummmmm as your photos keep going, you get more handsome like david beckham in that david beckham underwear commercial lol. hahahaha nice! congrats!

  • @nakthy haha, thanks!

  • This is exactly what I needed. I am a skinny guy jus like u were. Wen I saw day 90 results I was jus shocked as hell. Its jus amazing. What would b da best workout for ppl who don't own P90x because I will do anything to get my body like this?

  • Dude!!!! your results were very impressive i gotta give u a pat on the back and a humble bow man thats good shit. You should check my video out, my results arent as near to impressive as yours but mine is month one

  • YOU`RE A FUCKING BEAST MAN !!! How long have u been working out before that ? Because at the end you are doing fucking insane things... Congratz

  • what is the heaviest weight you used for doing curls? for shoulders?

  • This is pretty f**king inspiring! Very well donw. I do hope you've kept it up! You look great!

  • amazing job man, am 16 next month and i was an average person but by working out im slowly getting there that was very impressive with the one arm push up with the weight good inspiration for people to tone up alot!!

  • Great friggin job bro! I want those results, just changed my diet lol

  • @rogotiz3 diet is key!

  • 9Ib of pure muscle in 90 days?....I don't know mannnn that's pushing it

  • @TheNigehh hell yeah it was pushin it... every day for 90 days I was pushin it... that's what it takes, try it and you might see.

  • All these Results from different people aren't a scam!

Real Results! and yes everyone's results will vary!, everybody is different, just remember

You get what you work for!

Put in a half-ass workout, get half-ass results.

  • You did this in 90 days? no fucking way!

  • at the end when i does those pull ups i must say that was awesome

i remember when i was 11 i could do 15 of it... i was pumped up training 4 times a week

but i did not grow so i must say you did it when you was an adult now i'm really small :(

    but i'll grow :D

  • @dhhflik ha how would you know if you never tried it

  • fake

  • Guys Im 13 and I started p90x 2 weeks ago and I would like to know that since im young whether or not I need to follow the eating plans so strictly or whether I should use the supplements. Please I would like some feedback.

  • @LADYZZMAN217

To be honest, you shouldn't be doing P90X Period if you're still 13.

  • @LADYZZMAN217 hey Iam 13 years old to an i do p90x. whats ur goal with p90x lose fat or get stronger tell me that and i ll give u advice

  • @LADYZZMAN217 no supplements. You're 13, you need to eat real food, and not stuff from a box or a bag. Whole foods. veggies, fruit, whole grains(rice, oatmeal, quinoa), good fats(avacado, flax, hemp, and chia seed, walnuts), and lean proteins(free range organic meats and eggs

  • Whats the equivalent for shakeology if your from the UK because we cant get it here?. Great results pal by the way

  • @d63snowy hey man, I don't know honestly, it's hard to find anything like it on the market. Check out Vega Whole Food optimizer... although I don't know if it's sold in the UK either.

  • That cannot do that in 90 days

  • @Jackf1n well I did, so obviously you can.

  • Bs bs bs bs bs bs bs bs bs bs bs unless steroids with the p90 x

  • @haha1yeeyee1sobate I believe that Ted Gore used to be in good shape then became not so good shape. I think his gains are muscle memory or that he has very good genetics. No sane person would use steroids on P90X as it mostly a cardio program they would use a a weight training program based on hypertrophy

  • yo what are all the requirments for p90x? like weights etc....

  • @CoachTedGore Is this you at 0:45 ? /watch?v=b3TXcAU2SrY&feature=related

  • You inspire me man

  • So let me get this straight, you seemingly gained muscle and lost fat at the same time despite the fact that the purpose of the diet is to maintain a calorie defecit whereas you need a calorie surplus to gain muscle(unless your'e new to lifting which I highly doubt in your case), are you CERTAIN that you are not just promoting this video to scam gullible customers of their hard earned money, next time you do a video try to atleast make it convincing, Good day.

  • @TheShoxsta011 not trying to scam anyone. Alot of different factors determine the bodies ability to put on muscle and lose fat, not just caloric defecit or surplus. When put under stress, our bodies adapt. Under the stress of exercise, the adaptation is to be lighter and stronger... thus losing fat and gaining muscle. This happens to anyone who isn't in shape.

  • @CoachTedGore Says the P90x Coach, also, i forgot to mention how did you seemingly gain 9 pounds of muscle in 90 days where as it takes a WHOLE YEAR to gain on average 5-20 pounds of muscle( unless your a genetic freak), and if you are a genetic freak(as you mentioned 'your case being somewhat extreme') or carry muscle memory how is this supposed to motivate people who aren't as genetically blessed in terms of gaining muscle or people who regularly workout.

  • @CoachTedGore Also, please if you have the urge do not claim that i am ignorant of P90X considering that i did a full round of it let alone dieting for a year prior to.

  • @TheShoxsta011 My case was somewhat extreme, but not impossible, just depends on the person. I bet if you got in great shape, and then sat around for 3 months, doing very little, and then got back into, with a perfect diet, and great intensity, you'd see similar results. Muscle memory. Newbie gains, call it what you will. Someone who is in shape already would not typically see results like these.

  • @TheShoxsta011 If you think I'm trying to scam, I invite you to come to my p90x group on facebook... you'll quickly see that all I'm trying to do is inspire others to be the best they can be.

    GOOD DAY.

  • @TheShoxsta011 tl;dr

  • @TheShoxsta011 And it seems to be a thing with you coaches constantly claiming 'it's muscle memory' whenever someone rightfully points out that the coaches results were very unlikely to be acheived within 90 days, whats the deal? Did every P90X coach used to be ripped then suddenly became skinny fat?

  • @TheShoxsta011. You sir are a douchebag. P90X has cardio and weight lifting. Which means you lose fat(hence the cardio part) and build muscle(hence the weight lifting part). Are you certain that you're not a obese douchebag trolling around sites tryin to shit on peoples hard work? Just because the video isnt up to your "standards" doesnt mean it isnt real. Get a life.

  • @Comeatmebro1992 You seriously have no knowledge of muscle building or fat loss do you? You don't just build muscle by lifting weights, that is only part of the equation, when you lift weights that are heavy enough it causes tears to the muscle fibers which the body then overcompensates for by making the fibers bigger than before, however it can't do this without an adequate amino acid intake(protein if your'e too stupid to not know what are amino acids) and a caloric surplus...

  • @Comeatmebro1992 You honestly are a f*king idiot, you don't just build muscle by lifting weights that's part of the equation, when you lift heavy weights your muscle fibers tear(which is why you need a rest) and then your muscle fibers overcompensate replacing the damaged tissue and adding more, however this can only be achieved by an adequate supply of amino acids(protein) and a caloric surplus(unless you are obese, a complete beginner or regaining muscle you once had) but.....

  • @TheShoxsta011 which is only the minority of us, and in terms of fatloss, the only reason cardio is successful in fatloss is because it burns calories which is useful for some who nessecarily dont want to eat less when on a fatburn phase, other than that it is entirely for your cardiovascular health(hence cardio), so explain to me, if you are burning calories, how on the earth would you build muscle if you are on a caloric defecit, type on google 'can you lose fat and gain muscle..

  • @TheShoxsta011 ...at the same time and i guarantee you you wont be happy with what you see!

  • @TheShoxsta011. Why are you such a hater though? You act like all these videos of P90X weight loss transformations are complete bullshit.

  • @TheShoxsta011 you can lose body fat and gain muscle at the same time... its a myth if you believe you cant... alot of people have reviewed p90x highly... check scoobys work shop (body builder that instructs for free on youtube...) ben stiller even goes mental over p90x... this thing has been out for over 3 years and there is enough evidence to prove it works...exercise plus a balanced diet will have you lose weight and gain muscle if you keep the protien intake needed...

  • @TheShoxsta011 loseing fat and gaining muscle is not impossible. its really easy, but to do both at the same time your results in both fat loss and muscle gain will come slower by themselves, but overall fitness level will increase at a higher rate. idiot!!!!!!!!!!

  • Eww I got doosh chills when he made the X at the end

  • When did u drink your shakeology before or after your workouts?, please reply back...

  • i wonder who disliked the video o.O

  • @evshootinghigh for the P90X program which I also have you need weights(dumbbells) or resistant bands, pull up bar, I highly recommend push up bars which they also use but aren't necessary, and a determined mind

  • You LOOKING GOOD - WELL DONE - Amen to You :-)

  • @meantime thanks man!

  • amazing !

  • Awesome results. I just ordered the program and am wondering what equipment you would recommend to get the best results. I already have a pull up bar

  • @evshootinghigh dumbells for lifting, if possible. Bands will work fine too. And a killer attitude.

  • Nice

  • 6 months*

  • 1-3 hours of cardio a day(depending on schoolwork, which comes first), gym and weights 3-4 days a week, alot of h.i.i.t. And a healthy but very low fat and low sugar 1500 calorie diet, and a navy seal an workout followed by pushups every night will give me abs/make me ripped in 6 months? It's been working so far, just want some input. Thanks

  • @frogblunt

No. You actually have to EAT.

  • @frogblunt Hey, 3 hours of cardio is alot unless you are training to be an endurance athlete of some kind. With that mch working out, a diet of 1500 calories is extremely low, and you risk overtraiing. Low fat isn't necessarily a good thing. Too much to explain.

  • Congrats dude! Got a question. I'm 15, and I was 160 and near obese but I worked my ass off to drop to 120, then I gained about 15 pounds of muscle. So don't worry diet and hard work is not an issue. So, if I give myself 60 months to summer to get abs, do you think that my so far routine of

  • Hi CoachTed. How did u gain muscle and lose ur body fat in the same time? Is this possible?

Gr8 results btw. I hope i' ll get body like urs in the future.

  • @Macgejwer When just starting out everyone will gain muscle and lose fat to a certain extent. The body adapts to stress, and when the stress is lifting, pushing, jumping, moving, stretching... it's adaptation is to become lighter and stronger. You can only go so far though before really needing to focus on one or the other. After this round I've had an insanely hard time getting more muscle on my body. It just doesn't want it.

  • Did you use any supplements?

  • @djpunk555 not much. Shakeology, protein powder, and creatine. It's mostly about eating good food.

  • holly fuck man give me your fiet NOW;D.Great work i am really jealus, but i have to admit that its the best body transformation so far!!

  • What kind of diet you used? low Carbs? , , good performance...sorry for my english ,.. greetings from Argentina.

  • why does everyone look taller and have a tan after they get fitter? but if thats real well done im gunna try

  • @BongRevs

I hear yah man! I was once a skinny

guy here but when I tried that program

I was pretty amazed by the result. In

just a short weeks, I gained almost 10lbs

of muscles. HEre's the site im talking about:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • @CoachTedGore Great transformation dude... I was just wondering what kind of food do u eat? Thanks! Keep it up...

  • @KappoDB I mostly followed the phase 2 diet from the p90x nutrition program. Lots of whole foods, very little processed.

  • @CoachTedGore thanks man, appreciate it...

  • Congratz!Im starting p90x tommorow as it was a gift for Christmas, p90 lifetime X!

  • how many calories did you consume each day? and did u make that bulking and cutting stuff or always ate the same amount of calories?

  • @chapplin1306 pretty much always the same, anywhere from 2400-2600 calories a day.

  • where can i get this p90x for free??

  • @tajulafham94 you don't, buy it like all fair and honest people do

  • Diferenci betwen day 1 and day 45 and 90 is the Eyes. Can you see The eye of the tiger??

  • How many days a week, and after how many hours did you study? Sorry for my English, but I'm from Poland

  • @MagicMeal 6 days a week, one hour workout

  • You did only pull ups and push ups?

  • @MagicMeal no I did the p90x program.

  • awesome, congrats on the hard work paying off!

  • People who say "oh yea he did that with steroids", are people who have never seen victory nor defeat cause all they do is TALK about it. Great transformation man, hard work shows.

  • High 5!

  • =) p90x is the bomb, whoever is doing it...keep at it "Do Your Best Forget The Rest" xD

  • This guy was already in good shape, he just had to lose some fat..

  • Great video and nice body :).

  • this is absolute fake ladies and gentelman! if anyone here believes you can achieve this kind of results in 90 days you are just paranoyed :)

  • @miechy23 first of all...it's spelled paranoid and you didn't even use the word correctly. Secondly, don't insult this man and his hard work because you refuse to dedicate the time that he did. Just because you can't do something doesn't give you the right to sabotage the work this man has done for himself. So instead of looking for someone to bully, why don't you take you little insecurities to the gym, put some REAL work in and then come back and say something. Congratulations CoachTedGore.

  • I work out on gym, I know a lot of people who also do and i know how humaan body can change. this change in 3 months in impossible. just impossible

  • @miechy23, from a personal experience, I know for a fact that it's possible.

  • @miechy23 I agree. I've been in the gym for long time and that progression cannot be done naturally in 90 days.

  • @pontxo1980 if your body is inexperienced to working out, your muscles tend to respond exponentially well at the beginning then someone who has muscle and starts to work out. he may be in a minority category for his results, but these results are legit. i don't mean to be "gay" or anything, but the wolf kid from the movie twilight got incredibly jacked over night as well. nutrition is SUCH a big deal.

  • Great trapezius man!

  • WOW MAN! AMAZING! i used to weight 422 pounds this February and did Insanity for 2 rounds and now im 309, I stopped working out for a couple of months but December I do my 3rd round of Insanity and since I work Ima buy weights, a matt, and pull up bar, and I am going to do P90x! I herd about P90x2 but I wanna do P90x then 2. But I might steal the new yoga from P90x2 and use it on 1 :D

  • @2locOUT wow man, congrats on your weightloss so far. Keep going!

  • And congrats u madre IT

  • Wowww i need this

  • nice

  • u look like barney lol

  • p90x is good for fat loss not muscle gain these results are not TYPICAL

  • Nice video. I am on my first week of p90x and 16 years old and struggling with the workouts that require pull ups and weights and want to put on some muscle so do you do you have any helpful tips?

  • Wow, great motivation for me

  • wish i had the money for p90x :(

  • im 14 i know im young and i have p90x im on the 5th week and im slacking motivation to the point i dont even workout anymore my results are amazing though well compared to day 1 where i couldnt do 1 pullup now im down to 12 pullups so any tips?
