i tend to do that a lot and i dont know how to approach guys at the gym. i do ask for certain things i find it awkward talking to some of them how do i get out of the awkward stage?
Ladies. Diet, hit the gym, dress nice, color your roots, trim your split ends, learn how to correctly apply makeup and what colors compliment your skin tone, long hair till you're 40, open toe heels etc.

I work out in the free weights area which is like 99.9% male, men have come up to me smiling trying to tell me I'm working out wrong. I've completely shot htem all down. I guess they were trying to be "knights in shining armor'. Next time I will smile and tell them I know how to do it myself ->chat, silly me. It was bad I even compared one to a cave man b/c he kept insisting.
