  • Wow i really wanna learn this piece but i have a list d piece(early morning excersises) but ohh well! Lol

  • @lookupinthesky3456 why not learn both? :)

  • I played this too last year.

Can be more mysterious....start really quiet works good for the beginning.

  • Cool! thanks for your comment. I'll keep that in mind the next time I play. :) Unfortunately my camera does not show dynamics well, I'm not exactly sure how it picks up certain things and not others.

  • Good job, I did this for my grade 8 exam as well! This is probably a 9/12 or possibly 10. You can improve by: making the dynamics more distinct, at molto expressive, play faster. Since beside the M.M it says rubato, you have to insert some rubato ideas into the piece. Try slowing down at the end of molto expressive, just before a tempo. Overall good job!

  • haha, these seem to be popular pieces for grade 8. This was my best exam piece, I was lucky as I learned this piece last! I realize that I didn't use enough rubato in this recording. Thanks again

  • Hi there:

Very nice interpretation! I love this piece, had never heard it before. Would love to send you a jazz transcription of it. Could you perhaps e-mail the score? If not, I could otherwise pick it up by listening more to it. If I heard it right it is in A-Minor.
