The helicopter being hit by a car was done also in a b-movie called The Silencers that starred Jack Scalia back in 1995. I checked out some scenes of California Crisis on Youtube and I can see what you mean with the lines for the shading. I did like the art style and it did have a feel of American animations such as G.I. Joe, Mask, and GoBots. Great review man!
@Headbanger142 The only Jackass movie I have seen was the first one. And, I thought it was boring as hell. But, since I was never a fan of Jackass in the first place, that wasn't a big surprise to me.
And, even if I were to waste my time with one of the other Jackass movies, as long as I don't say that Dunn "crashed and burned" after getting kicked in the nuts (or, whatever stupid shit they would do in the movie), I would be fine. But, if I were to say that, I wouldn't really care.
@TheElliottFamily I don't know. I haven't weighed myself in over a month. The last time I was weighed, I had lost about 24 pounds. I have no idea how much weight I have lost since then.
You didn't have to stop listening to the music, you could have used a 5 minutes later card for that too saying you'll be reviewing it after the end credits .
@TriAngle1614 I have not had a chance to check that one out, yet. However, I do plan on downloading it some point and doing an R&R on it. From what I have heard, it's a very interesting anthology film.
@TriAngle1614 lol I was thinking about that movie while watching this video, just because of the words "weird anime". However, it isn't really on the lines of the rest of R&R's material. It was pretty good, though, one of my favoirtes, even if some of the scenes were stale.
Thanks allot man. The reason I love this OVA because of its Soundtrack and its new attempt to make a different kind of art for their animation. I will admit the ball that attracts the Russians Government and the American Government makes no sense to me why they want it. Have you seen Akira? If not, it would be nice to see you do a Reaction and Review on it. But just to warn you, it's VERY overrated, and I personally didn't like it.

However, I can see where some people wouldn't like it. It does have some patches that drag on a bit, and the story is not exactly something that everyone will get into.
You didn't understand what's going on because you are not Japanese, It's a part of Japanese Culture to tell stories that don't have any plot, protagonist, antagonist or any sort of conflict, characters or plot whatsoever. Or at least that's the typical knee jerk Weeaboo response when confronted with that fact.
@HAbEXMr I have thought about covering that one. I just need to either find it on Amazon (and put it on the wish list), or find a decent torrent of it.
Even then, I am not sure when I would cover it. I have so much already scheduled, and so many other films lined up that it would take a while before I cover it. But, if I get my hands on a copy, I can at least guarantee that it will be reviewed at some point.
