You want to make short wheelies? Make a wheelie, release throttle and reapply it again. Try that, or change it's top speed...

Open file called HANDLING.CFG with Notepad. The file is located in Rockstar games\GTA SA\Data. Find tractor's parameters and change it's speed. I don't have the codes right now, I'll copy them and I'll send 'em to you.

Is your game (GTA San Andreas) for the pc or for Playstation 2? If for Playstation 2 allows them to me then please enter the code or say where I find him? Please!

It is for PC, I don't like Playstation. I don't think you can mod game for PS2. As you can see, I modded game file, and I changed one string with Tractor's handling parameters, so It's not a cheat.
