  • Radiohead did really get better with age...i listen to Pablo Honey, its ok but nothing special, but The Bends allowed them ot find their feet and in closing with Street Spirit on that album it really did show how the band would progress.

They truley are one of the bands that got from being what they were, to what they are now without any wrong turning, every album from Pablo Honey up was a step forward.

  • It's nice to think of people championing Radiohead for being clever with this song, or for saying Radiohead think it's shite. To be honest it just sounds exactly like the sort of music that came out of the time. No matter how the band like to revise their past, it just is what it is. It was Radiohead before they decided they wanted to sound like the Warp catalogue. No-one forced them to at knifepoint to write and put it out.

  • oh my god....what the fuck was this?

bring back the soul guitar and the psychadelic melodies, this is the worst thing ive heard.

  • Hello, la Pop est morte

    Et vive M.J

  • BULL honey pablo and ok computer were defiently there best albums of all time so shut up!

  • Radiohead's worst album is Pablo Honey, they didn't quite find their sound until OK then Kid A is just phenomenal, it all went up from there. If you listened to the bends you can here to transition from Pablo to OK.

Radiohead = One of the greatest bands in history.

  • The lyrics are a rare miss for Radiohead, but I still love the breakdown.

  • I wish this video was made after mj died

  • Its more epic that it wasent.

  • for some reason i thouhg of mj

  • The song was made about Michael Jackson

  • A truly horrendus music video. but i see what they're trying to say.

  • Its an incredibly hillarious video making fun of MJ.

  • ..."we raised the dead but they won't stand up..." haha

  • Even thom york knows pop is dead.

  • I thought Rocky Horror Picture Show, but the title is the truth.... MJ took Pop with him...

  • Yeah but, pop was dead b4 MJ died.

  • He did his music video to show how retarded pop music is these days

  • i dont know why radiohead fans dont like this song,i know its different from all there later work but this is a good song 8/10.

  • I hardcore agree. Im a hardcore Radiohead student.. lol yeah cuz I learned alot from them about writing music. We should talk some time dude cus like, i know if I say too much ppl r guna bitch at me and say "U lying, u think ur all smart and" blah and I dont think I am smart. But Radiohead's music is so... Simply written... for instance, the chords for Pyramid Song, Everything in its Right Place, and the studio version of "Like Spinning Plates," are all the same. jus played different.

  • @kylefer i notice that that radiohead song kind of simple but they are somehow to simple to be think off

  • lol this a clowny ass video

  • Pop is truly dead. Rip Michael Jackson

  • "so many face-lifts his face flew off."

  • omfg I thought the same thing

    Radiohead = pure genius

  • this and "you" are their only good early songs

  • if this is a b-side is it on a single? or does anyone have an mp3?

  • This is a single, but it wasn't released on Pablo Honey except in Japan, although it was recorded during the Pablo Honey era. It is also used as a B-side on some other singles.

  • I love this song. I think it's hilarious.

  • this was a b side on a dope ass album. they made it a b side for a reason. not sayin its bad just they knew people might not dig it

  • you guys are a bunch of dumbasses, it's meant to be making fun of pop even more so because it's in a pop format and sound, you people just really don't get it do you? what has the world come to these days...yes, Thom and the rest of the band were young...but I think that this song definitely has some major point to it, and plus...I'd rather listen to this, other than it being one of my favorite bands, than to shitty pop music that's actually trying to be serious...i don't know about you guys...

  • Which perfectly explains why the band considers this song and video, "Bollocks." Sarcasm included.

  • Which perfectly explains this has to be the best video I have ever seen. Sarcasm not included.

  • I enjoy the video...I'm just saying that they weren't intending to make fun of pop and its format because the band considers this single garbage BECAUSE of its pop-ish (is that a word?) roots.

  • maybe...they intended it to be garbage...because so is pop...oh..how ironic....i just can't staaaand the irony....

  • ... Thats a technique used in writing music.

  • worst radiohead song ever.

  • Completely opinion. Other people will find what they will in it, but you don't need to be such a pessimist.

  • obviously it's my opinion, that's why I said it. How am I being a pessimist?Radiohead is by far my favorite band, but this song is quite terrible (In my opinion).

  • You don't need to down what other people like, is what I meant. Pessimist wasn't the greatest choice of words there, but that's what I meant.

  • No, he doesn't need to "down what other people like" but it's his opinion. And in that right, he can say whatever he god damn well pleases.

"I may not agree with what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it."

  • I don't care how "bad" this song is, i fucking love this cheesy pop shit.

  • ha i agree radiohead is the only band that can make that song sound amazing though

  • For Being made in the early 90s the Video Quality is pretty fuckin awesome. Other than that Radiohead is allowed a not so great tune her or there. They are the Kings of Brit Rock.

  • hahaha this song is great

  • It's not as awful as some people make it out to be. I even like the lead bit in the chorus. Kind of interesting to see Phil with hair, though.

  • The song would be less embarrassing if it had a different video.

  • haha.. its good to see radiohead's progression.. its not a horrible tune and I always enjoy hearing Thom's old style of singing

  • I understand why Radiohead is ashamed of this song (it's so simple and juvenile compared to their erudite and majestic later recordings), but otherwise it's not so bad. Great bit of slightly-corny '90s Britpop.
