@WhiteKirbyKing just treat it with respect!!! it evolves if you have a great friendship with it, give it items, and win consecutive battles, give it poffins, go to Veilstone City and visit the masagist, give it the Soothe Bell, mantain it in the first place of your team, don't give it herbs, etc.

That sucks. I wish that when you evolved shiny Pichu, he turned into a Pikachu with Raichu colors. Then, when you evolve him again, it would be a Pikachu colored Raichu. Who else agrees with me?

pichu doesnt evolve at a certain level. its happiness has to be really high then at the next level it evolves. protein, hp up and items like those help out alot.
