1:0-1:23 that voice was supposed to hear in plane when you go up before Liberty City in Las Venturas , but later is deleted with unknown reason .

In arriving in Liberty City was supposed to go down with jet like when you go back in Las Venturas . CJ was supposed to chase with car Marco Forelli in Portland to second middle island ( you cannot go normal in Portland like in San Andreas ( walking , stealing , peds walking around etc . ) .
