One question I have about the 1997 Art Bell-caller segment is when Art is heard to say what sounds like "Discharged." If I am mistaken in this, then disregard my question. However, what explanation would make this statement by Art have relevance to the caller or the phone conversation he was having at the time? Thank you, may you find peace.
