You can also do it standing up if doing it on the machine is too difficult: stand straight, then roll down to touch your toes, then roll back up.

Thanks Smitty for always bringing common sense exercises and stretches to the masses. I've seen so many dumb things in my 30 years of working out it's refreshing to see someone not going crazy medicine ball squats, etc. Peace.
