  • Following the Soviet Collapse in 1991 several new nations in Central Asia are created. Major US oil companies, including Exxon Mobil, Texaco, Unocal, BP Amoco, Shell, and Enron bribe heads of state to secure the oil in these regions. These oil fields have an estimated $20 trillion. The problem is getting the oil out. The only viable route is through Afghanistan.

  • @lesdoyle20 shell is dutch im dutch to just saying :)

  • @rookjijweldan

So Dutch are in Afghanistan for oil too.

Has the Dutch Government said how many barrels a dead soldier is worth?

  • @lesdoyle2000 i'm against the war just like you but i do got respect for those soldiers mate:)

  • @lesdoyle2000 they always keep that hiden of course, and its the way politics work accept it just like the rest of us

  • Haters....pull your head out~

  • for three days where they executed most of their hostages and raped several of the women. Now if you don't think that they would do that in an instant over here in America given the chance. Then you my friend are an idiot. They don't hate the fact that we are over there, they hate us, our way of life, and what America and the rest of the free nations stand for. By free I mean any democratic or combination pertaining to.

  • We are not fighting the Afghanis and Iraqis you close minded simple bitches. We are fighting the Taliban, who use to control Afghanistan and Al Queda who Saddam used to openly support. We are also fighting foreign fighters that came across the borders so they could fight their holy war. If you don't think that those same fuckers would have come over here then I suggest you look up a little town called Beslan, Russia. Where several Al Queda and Chechnyan terrorists took over an elementary school

  • @devildog65301

    SORRY BUT YOUR WRONG AGAIN

There was no Al Qaeda in Iraq before we invaded.

The bullshit excuse for invading Iraq was WMD's

but everybody knows it was for oil.

  • @lesdoyle2000 And we still pay $4 a gallon!

  • Cheney and Bush thank you from the bottom of their wallets.

and sombody has to pay the $4trillion for the oil invasions.

You can't expect the oil executives and bankers to pay taxes.

  • Soldiers/Marines, etc DO NOT fight for YOUR freedom numbnutts! They take orders from their NCO's who take orders from officers, high ranking officers take orders from politicians in Washington DC. These DC politicians TAKE freedoms in America - especiallly Obama and his croonies.

CITIZENS fight for freedoms, grass root, backwood Americans - that's who made (and continue to make) this country "free". Armed Forces personnel are meerly "tools" to be utilized - NOT FREEDOM FIGHTERS.

  • God Bless all our troops former and present.

    God Bless the USA.

  • You mean that if we didnt fight in Afghanistan the Afghans will come here and take our freedom away? but they dont have a pot to piss in, how are they gonna get here? I never heard of an Afghan sombitch coming here to fight. Now if you wanna fuck over Saudi Arabia and take the oil... well OK, I can go for that, but Afghanistan aint shit to me.

  • Comment removed

  • What a piece of fucking propaganda. Occupants and they – how surprising – "fight for freedom"! Did they ask ordinary Iraqis about their opinions on this matter?

  • @lesdoyle2000 stop dising soldiers, what the FUCK!!! HAVE YOU DONE FOR AMERICA YOU AMPHIBIAN SHIT

  • @colo250

America is killing people for oil.

    Some Americans are sickening.

  • @lesdoyle2000 then tell me this! how many gallons of oil have the usa taken from afghanistan and iraq, they have been there a decade, then how many gallons have they taken??????

  • @colo250

NY Times estimated 300,000 barrels a day but I'm not sure since the metering at the Iraq port wasn't working while Bush was in power. Plus Cheney never disclosed the oil contracts with Iraq to congress as required by US law citing executive privalege. Plus the no bid contracts with Haliburton were never disclosed. Maybe that is why Cheney was still being paid by Haliburton while he was Vice President.

  • @colo250

So based on NY Times estimate of 300,000 barrels a day.

that is 31 gallons to the barrel x 365 days x 5 years that is approximately

    17 billion gallons

It costs the US tax payer $100 per gallon for gas in Afghanistan.

Holy shit Bush/Cheney is making billions. No wonder they havn't been charged with war crimes.

  • @lesdoyle2000 they got that before the setp 11 incident, if u don't support the troops and the people that supportthem get the fuck out of the usa

  • @colo250

You just showed your an idiot.

Iraq wasn't involved in 9/11. Iraq was invaded for oil.

  • @lesdoyle2000 true

  • @selinalutkica get a life kid...

  • god bless our troops and all they sacrafice

  • @mazoumee You have got to be the dumbest SOB on earth. You should seek help for your paranoia.

  • What does this American freedom really stand for ?

  • Saw your video. Cute guys. Even the locals find them 'cute'. No wonder they go missing never to be found again. Afghanistan is a 'hard' place. Good luck.

  • Alpha to charlie

  • @SiNaoia DON'T confuse people (soldiers) with governments. I know that US administration sucks.

  • @SiNaoia IM A PURPLE DRAGON. RAWWWWR

  • @quad108 Sorry, the penultimate sentence in my last posting should read: Bin Laden's statement isn't an argument for, but against, the legitimacy of the invasion.'

  • @quad108 That's right, the US invasion was well after the 16th September. The US invasion began on 7th October. So the US invaded just a month after the attacks on US soil and some three weeks after the prime suspect, bin Laden, issued a statement denying that he was responsible. Bin Laden's statement isn't an argument not for but against the legitimacy of the invasion. So I don't understand your first sentence ('Yup. and the US invasion...').

  • @quad No, bin Laden issued a statement only days after the attack (16 Sept 2001, I think, but you'll have to check on that). Tho' years later, in 2004, he strangely claimed responsability (some same for recruiting purposes, others to atone for guilt), that is not relevant. There are many in the US and allied countries - academics, engineers, even statesmen - who think it was a 'false f'lag' affair, tho' that too is not relevant. International protocol demands evidence.

  • @quad What do you mean, they had no intention of handing over bin Laden? How can you presume to know what their intention was. In any case, it's irrelevant what the US thought - or pretended to think - about what their intentions were. The US demanded that bin Laden be handed over without providing any evidence at all, not a token bit of evidence, that bin Laden was responsible for the attack on the Trade Centre and Pentagon. There is not even a consensus in the US about who was responsible.

  • @quad108 Ah, a mature conversation, please: a rational, civilised exchange. Thank you. May I ask, was it the 'you fool' bit you objected to? If so, I apologise.

The Taliban agreed to hand over bin Laden if the US provided it with evidence for the 9/11 attrocities. They were entitled to that. It's protocol. No country would hand anyone over just like that without reasonable evidence. US refused. I am no fan of Taliban, incidentally. Goals of Taliban do not justify invasion.

  • @quad108 You aren't fighting al Qaida, you fool, you're fighting the Taliban, who are a repressive, fanatical religious bunch but not terrorists. "The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society," wrote Edward Bernays, "Those who manipulate... constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country." (Bernays was a cousin of Freud). Wake up. These wars are about resources.

  • wich freedom? you go out to kill people and call that freedom.

    FUCK USA!

  • @gorac Edward Bernays (cousin of Freud) applauded the use of media indoctrination to control the masses. He wrote: "The conscious manipulation of the habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate... constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are moulded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of.” He would be well pleased with you.

  • i am a proud marine i love serving for my country i do it for the USA!!

  • @militarysam1

    Fuck USA.

marines are mostly retarded low educated mongols.

  • @TheRiyad1 not true, in fact especially since their versing an enemy that they can't see, also commissioned officers in the army have to have a college degree to be a lieutenant rank or higher. So fuck you and your uneducated biased view on the world. ALSO GO DIE IN A PIT OF FIRE YOU PIECE OF SHIT LOL >P

  • Fighting for the freedom for America to do what the hell it fucking well likes more like

  • US ARMY all the way, family proud, family strong. always.

  • God bless to all the men and women in the Armed Forces, Im going to be in the Army in a year and my brother is going to be in the Marines, so im trying to spend as much time with him till we both leave. Because i dont know how long we will be seperated or even see each other again. God bless you all.

  • Freedom is for free and you do not fight for your country in Iraq. That is stupid stuff!!!

  • How stupid is that fight for freedem 15.000 miles away and have own boders not protected and uncontrol ilegal immigrants. Listen you sign in to the army you have to expect to get send to iraq and afg. And get shot so do not bother us you fight for your country 15.000 miles away!!! You got that!!!

  • There is no terrorism. Make the people scared and they are willing to do anything for security and freedom. More security and big goverment will take are freedom away.

  • @leebog31 There is a difference between security and freedom. Security limits and restricts freedom. True freedom is when all have an equal opportunity to secure their own individual liberty. The next best way to enjoy freedom is through wealth or death. It is not fair; it is one of those cruel realities of life. My comrades and brothers in arms have my unconditional support ... even at the cost of my personal Liberty/Freedom. Freedom in other words ... means nothing else left to loose. FLASH!

  • Fight for the opium fields and oil more like it. We are in another country fighting for freedom while it's are own goverment that's taking it away from us.

  • @leebog31 I agree with you ... we are imposing our idea of what freedom is. When we loose an intolerant amount of our liberty the people will rise. We have plenty to loose as I understand the world. I hope the United States does not collapse from the burdens of a prolonged conflict on another continent. What would happen if every Governor declared a state of emergency and activated the Guard to preserve state's rights?

  • "If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy. " - James Madison.

It's disgusting what people will do for money, how many people they will kill and hurt for it. I love the excuse soldiers give that "They had no choice but to join the army". You had no choice? There's a infinite number of choices and careers out there regardless of your circumstances joining the military isn't your only option, it's just a big fucking cop out.

  • @PrankCallRevolution Cop out? OK.. just remember this..."People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf." - George Orwell. Maybe not YOUR choice, you pansey, but the choice of better men and women than you, who chose to step forward for something bigger than themselves... and who afforded you the right to speak out AGAINST their choice.

  • @PrankCallRevolution Not all people who join think they have no choice but we make a choice to serve and most of the people who serve make a conscious decision on what we do. I'm not going to try and say everything that i did while i was in was the best choice but it is those choices that define who we are and what we have to live with the rest of our lives.

  • You guys can thank retards like the guy who made this video for the war. Brainwashed, ignorant people who actually believe that we are fighting for our freedom by occupying another country. The fact is, we lose more freedoms then we gain. It's so sad to see soldiers joining the army because they actually believe that they are fighting to keep us free. Don't get me wrong, if they really believe that I respect them for it and I'm very thankful. More soldiers will die thanks to you, ChaseRock.

  • arbaz786 = Total Ignorant Lowlife Failure, the ones falling will be you and your shit cuntry's people, and YES I said CUNT-ry's

  • plz check out my military videos and comments would be greatly appreciated. GOD BLESS OUR SOLDIERS

  • this is why i i have the name i have now

  • lmao for freedom -.-

  • @Yes4HumanRace you are a troll. just another liberal that is drinking the koolade. ever heard of genocide?

  • They do not fight for freedom only the exact opposite!!!! Ever hear of the patriot acts???

  • Every war is for oil and money!!!NOT FOR FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the only people making money from iraq's oil is IRAQ.. and they are enjoying their freedom quite well.. as they braved suicide bomb attacks to go out and VOTE... THAT is LOVE of their new government... they love what we have done... why dont you?

  • @exile907 haters will hate brother. I was in Iraq when Saddam was hung. i watched the people celebrate their new freedom. Like a weight was taken off of them. I see free people with jobs now on my 2nd deployment, they have money they can do as they please now. They no longer have to live hoping to get money to feed their families. Most everyone who claims we havent done anything in Iraq Has never been here and wouldnt know. I think we should just let them be ignorant and stupid.

  • @Dogsoldier22 i agree completely, I am due for enlistment in the US army as a 15tango in 3 months.

  • @exile907 us is making money out of iraqs oil

  • @Puolakanaho and hows that? THEY ARE THE ONES SELLING IT....dont see your logic..

  • @exile907 just watch discovery and fakta and you will understand me.....

i dont even bother starting to explain stuff because americans are known in youtube of being complete retards and it would only lead for years taking hatemail and i really am bored about it

  • @Puolakanaho and you non americans are most known for spewing hate and propoganda. So what? you believe what you see on TV and you have the gull to call me a retard? again, dont see your logic. If you dont care for our war in iraq and afganistan, i sugjest you quit watching videos dedicated to the men fighting these wars...you wouldnt want to be a hate spewing propaganda spreading idiot would you?

  • @exile907 and proved my point

but yeah im not intressed in starting another american hate mail contest so you just dont reply and ill do as you said and wont come back here anymore

and if you still decide to reply back to the comment it will just about prove my point further >>

  • @exile907 most probably you belive in the tv or why do you belive in terrorists? i lke the way you wrote "our war" thats the only truth you posted....

keep fighting for freedom, but you guys shall begin in your own country!!

  • @keulekavlinski i didnt understand a single thing you said, but ok. There is much truth in what i said, why dont you take a second look yourself? And yes, i will keep fighting for freedom, and i pitty whome ever stands in the way of the goal of a free world. i dont believe the news, i dont even watch it, i belive in fundamental values.. and the words of people who have already served in Afghan and Iraq... People who have been there, no biased oppinions... But keep pretending you know me.

  • @exile907 you re a funny idiot

  • @exile907 Fighting for freedom? Don't be ridiculous. You are fighting people whose country you invaded and occupied. You are fighting people who are themselves fighting for freedom. The US is in Afghanistan for the same reason it was in Iraq: to establish and maintain puppet government and a client state subservient to US interests in an oil rich region. There has never been, in the whole history of warfare, a war fought for altruistic purposes.
