Do you do more damage per second from canceling out Assassinate's 4th hit with Boomerang Steps, or letting out the 4th hit and do Boomerang Steps? Because in your old videos you always let out the 4th hit, so I'm not sure which way is more preferable when there's no skill restriction.
Seems that Boomerang Step allows the character to remain stationary where Assassinate will throw him all over the place. According to the data presented at the beginning of the video, this is one boss you don't want to bump into.
Uncharged assassinate is quite a bit stronger than a bstep (assuming the assassinate is maxed). o-o Assassinating followed by canceling the dash with a bstep is rather good dps.

It's the summon. Some bosses are disabled from taking damage from summons, so summons always hit 1 on them.

Yeah, if he didn't cancel it, I think he'd hit the boss every time. So using BS before that is preferred.

Generally canceling is better for higher dps and for the fact that you don't launch yourself at the boss.
