@kulsprutepappa Glad you like! For this video, I just used a 15 watt marshall and recorded by placing a mic in front of it...the re-done version I have a POD HD500 which makes it sound much better in my opinion.

I love your guitar, man. My schecter is damn beautiful; it's a bloodmoon [i think it's an offshoot of the C-1]. It sounds aamazing ever since i replaced the stock pickups with seymour duncan blackouts. i would have preferred to get a set of bare knuckle painkillers, but oh well. next guitar XP Nice playing as well, i really enjoy your style - this piece sounds particularly classical. I went through a huge Scar Symmetry/Soilwork phase; melodeath is my shit. Keep it up.

@jek3zea Well, I'm personally a Marshall kinda guy, but it really depends on your taste, it's really not a question I can answer. Some like Line 6 as well, I've played some of those, and they do have nice crunchy metal tones to choose from, but some people don't like them, it's tough, you just gotta hit up guitar center or your local music store and try out a bunch!

@NO11YOU It's mostly just messing around, but I just try to come up with a melody/harmony that they might do, and add rhythm to it. That's basically it, nothing in depth with theory or anything!

I have plenty of other vids in my own style, sometimes I just like to do the style of this band because they heavily influence me and made a huge impact on my musical taste. I did add a touch of my own style for the last part, I don't recall too many In Flames songs doing palm muted gallop harmonies hah
