This is much better than the official Leaf Forest music.

And Sonic Advance had better music than Sonic Advance 2. The fast music in the second game got a little out of hand and by the time Sonic Advance 3 came out the music was even worse in that one.

dw i agree with you eeveefan im a HUGE fan off all the classic sonic music i listen to em all on my ipod and this is on there too :) it doesnt fit leaf forest zone (obviously) but it would make a cool intro or credits song :) love it

Well, regardless, it should've been in the final version somewhere. I bought Sonic Advance 2 because I though it had this song. It was a great game (and the only one where Amy is worth playing as...sorry, I hate Amy), but man, they didn't keep this song in...that made me sad a bit.

Do you REALLY think this would fit the look and feel of Leaf Forest? It doesn't even define the speed that Sonic games are supposed to be about. Just really, I mean REALLY imagine blasting throught this zone listening to THIS version. I don't think it would be fitting at all. Also, eeveefan didn't you notice that they remix the zone's music in the second act? I doubt they would find a 'suitable' remix for this version of Leaf Forest. It actually sounds like it would fit Ice Paradise better.

Yes i have heard of all of those levels, oil ocean is boring, but hill top and Labyrinth are fine. The music dosen't have to be fast. But I think this sounds like shit. End of story.

It's not about music being fast or slow. It's about the music FITTING the level's theme, and this version doesn't fit Leaf Forest AT ALL. That is why they changed it.

I disagree, the version in the final game is far better...more complex musically...this is just a typical old boring 'Level 1 - Tropical beach happy-go-lucky' music. It is too similar to Neo Green Hill zone in Sonic Advance also...
