  • @2ryled the clinic I go to deviates from the original diet a bit by allowing for put to 1 tbsp of evoo a day. I just started another round of p2 this past Monday and this time we are going to use coconut oil only to see if there is a difference. Do you know why coconut oil is okay? I can't find the science behind it anywhere and would love to know.

  • Have u tried using coconut oil instead of olive oil? It is rogue P2 (not on simeon's orig plan, but it actually helps w/ketosis/wt loss while on this diet. I use that to cook my meats/vegs and to even fry. It hasnt caused a stall. I also make cocolate delight w/it which also helps w/wt loss. It makes you go further into ketosis & makes you feel less hungry gives you more energy.

  • @kimokeo1971 my weight loss is fine. i use such a small amount. however, if i find that my weight loss stops then i also stop using olive oil
