I first came across Shlomo a couple of years ago. He is arguably the best ever. What the average music listener may not realize is, Shlomo samples on the fly . . . with all sounds, vocals, etc . . . coming from him live and then being looped. He is undoubtedly influenced by the likes of Rhazel . . . but Shlomo has taken it to another galaxy.

In an era with so much sampled and artificial music - what shlomo does is a deep breath of fresh urban air!

I think the people that think this doesn't sound that good are comparing to Dub FX, but the difference here is that he uses massive amounts of effects to change the sound of his beatboxing, where this is just straight beatboxing with loops.
