To GuardianAngelLove maybe you need to look into anna thompson hypnosis cds, they helped me a lot she has different mp3s for different issues. it helps you to shut your mind off at night, that is where I found my problem was, yours seems a bit more extreme than my insomnia, I read a couple of good books that helped me to get rid of old thoughts and feelings and get rid of them for good, by Dr Wayne Dyer, he teaches you to live in the now and to get rid of things from our past. check it out.
