And the Ampitheater is not the best place in my opinion for sound, i have seen this cat rock places better than that and the sound was excellent. The place and the sound is just laid out funny. The best place to hear and see... are the lawn seats believe it or not. And oh yeah, that was the first time i had ever seen him say "Sexual Chocolate" at the end too...lol...too funny.

i was at that show..they tried to play mos def on sound and time...and his show almost suffered for it, but if he didn't think quick on his feet that day it would have been a riot in there. LOL! We were all pissed that they were rushing him off.

Not only do I dig this song because it's so chill, but his voice is just average in the greatest possible way. Does that make sense?

oh man , i was sooo hyped for mos . i have to say tho his set was ehh..well it didn't meet my expectations, but he still rocked it!

none of the artists that performed are so-called mainstream. its just that mos fell short on this particular performance for some reason....theres no denying his skills

I was at the So cal show and mos killed it. His was the smoothest of the big names and had the crowd jumping and singing along. He didn't try to push his political views on the crowd like Nas, but instead gave us the most diverse set where every song was different.

It was pretty unanimous around me that he had one of the best showings besides tribe.

mos def playing all that new stuff and mixing it with the old made for one of the best sets of the night. right up there w/ tribe for me at least.
