I detest the St Julian's Festa with a passion. Being Maltese, (and hating the tuneless Maltese banda music!), I' not allowed to sleep past 23.00hrs. Totally absurd! I have work and clients to meet the next day and need my early nights and my sleep! To make extra sure you don't get your sleep, they'll pass right under your balcony in a small side street - yet God forbid your rock band (that plays good music) should want to play until 21.00hrs in this country. Hypocrisy!! Ban it!
