They're Christian people in a band. Their Christianity as well as what they experience in life is going to come out in their songs. Maybe not all at the same time, but through all their songs you'll see the Christianity as well as the hardships and stuff that they've faced. Christian bands don't always blatantly say "I LOVE GOD!" in all of their songs and they really don't have to...

I think the only big factor religion could have on any aspect of any album would be on the lyrics. I dont think Deon sat down to write a God-fearing bass line, or Nathan coming up with the perfect praise and worship beat. I mean there are quite a few Christian bands out there that don't necessarily play Christian songs, but have a Christian perspective on them. so while Disciple, RED, and Thousand Foot Krutch (three christian bands i like) play songs about their faith, anberlin doesn't play about their faith, but play songs with a Christian perspective to them.
