As long as the CG is about 25% of the wings chord from the leading edge, it'll always point forward :-) If your talking about fine tuning, that's just a case of using the dimentions from the real airplane and adjusting the wing AoA relative to the tailplane (known as incidence) until the plane flys level at the speed range it will cruse at.

Very nice hover flight. How easy by the way to get the lift from the tail wings to balance the lift from the main wings?
