Hello Franclosed, well basically is C G D G but...the first G is with the finger on the second string of the third fret instead on the first string. You can use either D7 or Am because you pull only second and third strings and both chords make the same sound.

Hi neilss1, excuse me but I realize you had asked me about the arangements.

I use C chord, G (modified), D7 and G again.

The G modified is changing the finger of the third fret in on the first string by the second string (I have no idea of the name of the chord).

Good luck and don't hesitate to consult any doubt.
