Of course the conservative Tea Party didn't pick up momentum until a Democrat was in the White House, along with Democrat control of the House and Senate. That had nothing to do with the race of any of those. All are equally despised. However, the Tea Party only picked up momentum at that point - it existed before due to growing anger towards do-nothing Republicans. @dahoeb You really are confused about the left and right policies. Bush was a conservative, Tax cuts for the rich check, Spending on Wars and the military check, Faith based programs check, Reduction of funds to the EPA, check.
Conservatives believe in more individual responsibilities, not being reliant on govt (basically being a big boy and taking care of yourself). They don't believe that government is as efficient or productive as they would have you believe. "Faith Based Programs" are not what I'd call a characteristic of the right. The Nazis had a pretty thorough faith based program, and I don't know any knowledgeable person that would call them conservatives. But I'm confused, what do I know.
And as far as "tax cuts for the rich", conservatives believe in the least amount of taxes for anyone, not specifically the rich. But the rich just happen to be the most heavily taxed segment of the US, so it'd sorta make sense to lower their taxes first. The lower taxes sorta go back to the whole "as little government as necessary" thing.
So based off that argument, then if a priest molests a boy, that would mean all catholics are pedophiles. Or if a muslim blows himself up, then all muslims believe they have to also go blow themselves up.

Not really. Our governmnet has been selling us out ever since we built up Europe and Japan. We sold our technologies to them and now they are using against us. Plus, free trade is killing us. Conservatives believe in more individual responsibilities, not being reliant on govt (basically being a big boy and taking care of yourself). They don't believe that government is as efficient or productive as they would have you believe. "Faith Based Programs" are not what I'd call a characteristic of the right. The Nazis had a pretty thorough faith based program, and I don't know any knowledgeable person that would call them conservatives. But I'm confused, what do I know.

And as far as "tax cuts for the rich", conservatives believe in the least amount of taxes for anyone, not specifically the rich. But the rich just happen to be the most heavily taxed segment of the US, so it'd sorta make sense to lower their taxes first. The lower taxes sorta go back to the whole "as little government as necessary" thing.

Not really. Our governmnet has been selling us out ever since we built up Europe and Japan. We sold our technologies to them and now they are using against us. Plus, free trade is killing us. Obama is not raising your taxes, but allowing you to make more deductions giving you more money. Once we have universal healthcare (every major company wants it except the insurance companies) we will be competitive again. Because if an american company get pay less overseas than here-- they will.

Thus, more educated people the country grew. Now we need to finish what the GOP wanted: universal healthcare. Why burden a company to pay high premiums when your monies enter into a pool and when you need service its there. It's been done: police, and fire services, you don't use those everyday? But they are there.
