When I hear this I imagine a young girl, in a tattered white dress. She's crying. Haunted by visions of her abusive past. Her father beat he and her moher. She's wandering in the street. With the blood of her father on her hands and dress. She wants someone to care. She wants someone to love her. At the end... she sees a bright light and heads towards i. She is taken by Death. So... I would call it Taken Under Death's Wing.

When I listen to this, I see a girl who is mentally ill and is trying to escape from her own insane mind. She's haunted by visions, nightmares en broken memories.

Then when you play the ending part, she looks up at the sky and sees the sun, realizing that she's the only one who can stop her own madness.

I love this, it's wonderful and very haunting! You captured creepy, anger and sad very well!

My title for this song would be: Mental Escape

It's really good but at 0:25 - 0:33 it's sounds really off. But other than that it is really good, you have talent. There are many titles this song...just depends on what you like. Like I love Alice In Wonderland so I would give something along the lines of "Alice is Fallen" "Hatter Madness" or "Bloody Cheshire" of course that is me. There are many things this could be called "Rise of the Fallen", "On the Hunt", "Haunted", "Burning Soul", "Racing Dead", or "Mary's chase."
