Yes, I know some people are naturally that thin (I have friends like this), but in this case she is a model, and I'm sure she makes an effort to thin down or at least to maintain her weight, because the designers prefer them thin.
And I think this is NOT healthy. Just that.

You are correct, it is not healthy. There's a difference between seeing just skin on the bone and just enough flesh in the right places. Haute couture models ideally do not look like the one in this video clip because the body should not draw the attention of the audience. if someone who is anoretic and weighs alot less than her BMI the audience will notice. Designers don't hire models who are borderline skeletal in appearance.
