I guess its a matter of personal choice when it comes to the apps, cause everything else is better on the P2 except that it doesn't have the mass amount of apps. but Personally, i've never been like "Oh man, i wish My P2 had this or that" Cause it has everything u need without being obsessive. And the ipod touch is the best music player you can buy (for the features) Games, music, video, internet, speaker, youtube, and soo much more. App store, which has free apps not just ones you have to pay for. The ipod touch is the best ipod and music player EVER. no question about it.

I'm not saying that the sound isn't LOUD, but only that it is not as CLEAR. Two MAJOR differences. And how high of a decibel count you may go to completely depends on the headphone, not the player. So yes, the Touch's sound quality is below average.

It has, Multi-Touch Capabilities, 1000+ Apps plus if you jailbreak it you have 1000 MORE, Internet via Wi-Fi, You can listen to radio from the FUCKING INTERNET, it has hundreds of games, the sound quality is 10 times better than the P2, I HAVE TESTED BOTH, very pleasant and INTELIGENT user interface, easy scrolling, easy zooming, it can act like a GPS via Google Maps and Wi-Fi. true about the apps/Multi touch capabilities, although the multi touch doesn't add all that much.The P2 doesn't have to use the internet to get radio,it picks it up right on the player + it can record the radio as well.I dissagree about sound quality,being that all you get for the itouch is the Apple EQ,while u get the multi versital DNSe which is a much better system to use.File transfer is much easier,especially since you're not tied down to Itunes.Hard buttons (volume, play) are a + in my opi

the multi-touch is the future, of course it DOES add a hell lot more, anyway, i wasn't refering to sound quality at the speakers, although it is quite good, i was refering to the headphones, that are "delicious". the ipod touch 2g has hardware buttons and you dont have to stick with itunes ONCE you jailbroke your ipod... also it has touch-sensitive touch-screen, not capacitive screen.. wich is someway better... BTW, the app numbers rised to 5000 +, so u can get all u want :)

Ipod also has dictionaries, and GOOGLE Maps, It can tell me exactly where I am, Now with the 2.0 Software, i can get almost anything, can you download music straight from your P2? or games? or your Maps and dictionaries? The point is that iPod touch has way more apps and can be much more enjoyable with its gorgeous 3.5 inch multitouch screen.

iPod touch has a better screen, its bigger and its MULTITOUCH . the resolution is higher on the Touch, it also supports 16:9 AND it supports Subtitles Languages and Chaptters, I can also download games, Music and themes off of the internet straight from my iPod. I can go to youtube and watch ll of there videos.

What i don't get is if Samsung's yp-p2 had the internet it would kill the itouch. Or if the itouch had bluetooth it would kill the yp-p2. At least on the Korean version, there has been 3 major firmware updates over the past 4 months. 4th firmware is on the way.

P2 now has games, over 15 skins (Background GUI), Album Flow (Similar to Ipod), zooming in pictures by tapping, FM recording, calculator, address book, Bluetooth 2.0, full screen view during music play, and play video faster or slower (0.5x to 1.5x).

4th update will have voice recording, password setting, playlist and updated Dnse 2.0

U forgot to talk about the ipods MULTI-touch interface.

The notes that we can take on the 1,1,3 software can replace the p2's text viewer.

The screen of the p2 is always scratchy and the one of the ipod is almost un-scratchable.

There is no ACCELEROMETER in the p2.

You forgot that there is also a calendar on the touch.

And I won't talk about what we can do when the touch is jailbroken...

And i have the dictionary too. IT's really cool.

But GODD I can't wait for the next firmware to come out, it should be here this week!!
