My horse does that! But only when he is PISSED OFF!!! He can do most advanced dressage moves, but only while throwing a tantrum... wouldn't do it if you asked him to lol! Gorgeous horse!

Sounds like he would make a great dressage horse then. All these movements are natural to the horse, lol and usually you only see it when they are pissed or strutting their stuff. Dressage is all about teaching the horse to do those movements on command, while being a little more balanced.
