Dankeschön :-) Es gibt inzwischen SEHR viele von diesen T53xx Phones, da muß man bei jedem Angebot GENAU hinschauen, wo die Unterschiede liegen. Andere CPU, andere Bildschirmauflösung etc.

@SchlumpfiHB Ahh hab was übersehen meinte ned die Zoomleiste sonder die Scrollbar in Startmenu an der mann z.B. zu den Kontakten gelangen kann, für wie viel hast du deins gekauft wie viel ist ein T5355 jetzt noch wert

Yes, it does :-) I'm just not a big fan of Windows Mobiles UIs, I think SPB is the best user interface there is :-)

what i am a bit confused is this.....

I saw all the persons' comments and I guess that some of you are mistaken.

First of all There are MANY T5353's on sale out there. This particular one has a 806Mhz CPU no wonder that it is fast! If Im not mistaken it uses a Marvell PX CPU which is capable of 1GHz speed and competes with Qualcomms SnapDragon CPU.

From the Research I made I realised that there are even CLONES of the CLONES out there :) SLOWER CPU's ..CECT is one of them!

@SchlumpfiHB The manufacturers used T5353++ and T5355++ INTERCHANGEABLY I cannot understand why. So I am warning everyone. The only way for everyone to be SURE that they are getting the right thing is by LOOKING at the SPECS. Don't go by the number! T5353++ has 806Mhz and the T5355++ has EXACT SAME SPECS

After a WM 6,5 upgrade, the Phone tells me it has a 460MHz CPU. Remember, this is the T5355 NOT the T5355 PLUS.

@SchlumpfiHB I might SUSPECT that it is NOT reading the CPU correctly. I am looking it up for you . IT might be that the CPU has 2 CORES and it is recognising one of them. With what firmware did you flash it? Same stuff used on HTC Touch Diamond?

The XDA Developers also agree with me that this model only has a 460MHz CPU and I flashed it with a ROM especially designed for this model, anything else would kill it.

@SchlumpfiHB Then I guess that XDA are a bit WRONG in this regard. Please remember that here you are dealing with a NEW breed of CPU which is up to now UNRECOGNISED by WM .... Qualcomm is the NORM as far as PDA's are concerned, in the meantime Marvell the K3 CPU are all competing in this ARENA whereas I can tell you with Certainty that Qualcomm 7200 series CPU's are now sold cheaper cos of SnapDragon

@SchlumpfiHB One last thing I would like to add.... there is NO WAY that with ANY ROM out there you would get anything to WORK as FAST as your mobile. Not even if it had 528Mhz! I'm talking from personal experience.... with REAL HTC Touch Diamonds and Touch HD's..... Besides modern CPU's step down and Step Up the CPU speed when needed... SnapDragon for instances steps down when it does not need the processing intensity... its not always running at 1Ghz....

@SchlumpfiHB Well you shouln't :) But as I told you Marvell CPU's run at 806Mhz. I saw 528Mhz Cpu's running ... and I can assure you that yours is by far the FASTEST. I've seen... So it must be the 806Mhz Marvell... The specs link you showed me is not in line with what I really saw out there.... So I guess that they need to be revised....

This phone is absolutely impressive to be a china knock off. I guess they've had enough practice with the clones so it's about time. The responsiveness of the touch screen is very good. Quick question...how does the T5353 compare to this one? Is it as quick? I know it has a bigger cpu but can it even get any quicker than this?

The T5353 has a faster CPU and a higher screen resolution (if I'm not mistaken). The "downside" of the T5353 is doesn't have a G-Sensor.

I can only test GSM 900/1800 over here in Germany, so if a phone REALLY is a quadband, I can only trust what the stores write on their websites.

It has a G-Sensor, the only problem was the previous firmware didn't recognize it, the new firmware does. Also, I really don't see the point though in having WVGA on a 3.2" display, I'd say that is overkill, and just slows the phone down. WQVGA is just right for these size phones, and you can play PSX on them with FPSECE.

you have a very good copy only one thing i got you beat on is resolution at 480-800
