Any idea of the fine for cleaning filters outside? There is a lake right there also!!! Where do you suppose the waste water goes? and power washing with no eye protection.... wow!

@dietcokeinbottles does he have to capture the waste water if he doesn't use chemicals. Assuming he isnt using chemicals of course wouldn't it just be hot water blasting crap off the filters.

@anger42 It all depends,,,, Oil and Grease are just as dangerous for the environment. With certain things these waste water products can be washed into a vegitated area. There's so many guidelines and restrictions most governing bodies don't even know all the answers.
