You know whats funny? My friend came over and he has a iphone 4 on ios 5. My iphone 3g is curentyl on the final release of whited00r 5. i was comparing the two and i double clicked the home button on both devices at the same time, and the iphone 3g whited00r multitasking came up 2 seconds ahead of the iphone 4. LOL

@TheAbds2000 Sure, Okay First, You Open iTunes, Connect your device and then just Put your iPod in dfu mode and then You will see it popup in iTunes that you need to restore, so then you just Hold down shift and click on restore, Select your firmware that you'll downloaded it and it should be restoring to whited00r.
