Hello, after doing my research, I narrowed it down to two hulk statues. Which one do you recommended, the green kotobukiya hulk from 7:18 or the green bowen hulk from 8:06 ? Thanks.
@rickthedick1984 Hmmm...good question! I'm partial to Ed McGuinness, so I would definitely go for the Kotobukiya green HULK. If you prefer the "classic" HULK, then Bowen would be the one to get. However, one way to remedy the situation is to get both ;)

I have seen collections. But I have never seen a collection like yours. Your are a true aficionado. I read that there were negative feedback about their service. Is it costly to order one of these?
@OneRepublic1001 Thanks for all the great comments once again :) Expect $600 - $1,200 for some of their bigger pieces...right where the prices should be. I've never been scammed or cheated...but when your emails go unanswered for weeks and weeks and you wait 6 months to a year for a statue when you're told it should be available any time, then I start to have concerns. I just got fed up and decided to spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. I've heard other people have good experiences....
You have a excellent collection. Are you the same individual on the statue forums talking about Fat boy studios. Where do you get them? I am considering of purchasing one.
@OneRepublic1001 Thanks for the comments :) I do talk about Fat Boy Studios, but only because I don't deal with them anymore. I like their work and appreciate their style, but don't like the service that I received considering the amount of business that I did with them. I've also been hearing a lot of complaints from other people as well who've had similar experiences. I don't refer people to them anymore....sorry.
@6xtbirk Thanks :) Yeah...you're right about the dust...but it's an unavoidable "evil"! I just use a Swiffer Duster and it does a good job...just takes a while.

@averone007 Thanks Alex...I'm trying to steal some fans from your fan club and bring them over to my side ;) ha ha Yeah, built-ins would be nice...I just really like the option of changeability when new pieces come in. Our statues come in so many different sizes!! Besides, you're gonna have to start putting your 1/2 scales on your lawn as garden gnomes at the rate you're going :)
I do also like to move things around. I now rotate them. There us just no more room!
And yes you are right about the 1:2, with Superman, Cap, Hulkbuster, Juggy all on the way, I am scrambling around trying to find room. I thin I will just take over one of my boys bedrooms! ;)

@hotslayer73 Thanks for the great comments and suggestions! Yeah..in a perfect world, I'd love all glass displays, but the problem is that I'm constantly moving pieces around as new ones come in. There aren't any glass shelves out there that are flexible and big enough to accommodate this, and I don't want to pay for custom shelving. Also, I actually like these ones....and that's what's important right? It's tough trying to balance the costs of your display vs the chance to buy more statues.

I hope it will never happen and you may have your fire insurence to protect you will get some money back for it but you will never get your great collection back.

@hung55555 Thanks! Yup...music is right up there with collecting for my passions. I used to be an avid bodybuilder, but now it's mostly working out to stay in decent shape because I'm getting older :) What's great too, is one of the excuses I used to do my expansion was I needed more floor space so my son can start working out with me. He's getting old enough...so we'll be excercising together now.

That room looks fantastic! I can see what you are saying. Your right about the wire displays, they provide much more room.
Next house I get I will have a dedicated room and built in shelves.
For now we make it happen the best way we can. I dont think people realize how much work it is to have huge collections.
Again, great nice set up! Looks like all that work paid off!!

First of all Congrats, your collection room look amazing!!!
Second; smart idea of having your workout routine next to all these sculpt.
Third; In regard Darkeseid..... You wont have to wait for sideshow.... ;-)
Fourth; You have some great wolverines, BUT u still need the Greatest one.... ;-)

@hung55555 Thanks! Yup...music is right up there with collecting for my passions. I used to be an avid bodybuilder, but now it's mostly working out to stay in decent shape because I'm getting older :) What's great too, is one of the excuses I used to do my expansion was I needed more floor space so my son can start working out with me. He's getting old enough...so we'll be excercising together now.

@tedan628 Thanks! I never thought I'd get them...but they sure add a lot of ambience to the overall collection! Next step is to get some remote control plug-ins so I can turn them all on and off at the same time instead of walking around and flicking all the switches!

Dude EPIC COLLECTION!!! I would be to scared to work out in the room in fear of a statue falling over or somthing LOL. Dude your collection is ICONIC! The Best! AY Sculpture is really coming out with some steller stuff! That legacy statue is EPIC!
