It´s not healthy to eat too much protein at once, because it isn´t good for one´s kidneys. So never ever eat cheese and meat (no matter what kind) at once. Cheese is protein and meat as well. My father-in-law has one kidney transplanted, so he was told by doctors that people eat too much protein, which is very hard for kidneys and it can end up by a kidney-failure. So this recipe may be tasty, but not healthy. Not to speak for children!

@DanaPatriciaMary1 If you're eating ridiculously large amounts of protein (more than 3 servings a day), or you have renal failure than yes what your saying is true. But eating one or two of those little pizzas will NOT cause renal failure, especially if you include alot fresh veggies and fruits in your diet.

What a tasty & delicious snack that can be made using various ingredients. I don't know about cooking these just for launch as I can see myself having a couple of these as a main meal. Thanks for posting !
